These images are from an instructor’s exhibition in Jacksonville, NC at the Arts Council in town. It was a three-person show with Andrea Van Engelenhoven and Kevin Mertens.

“They’re there” was staged at Feralmade in Cincinnati, OH in June 2007. It featured paintings, drawings and a sculptural installation. I was also given the opportunity to shape the space as I saw fit. The racing stripes were painted on the wall and served as a constant, underlying layer for the whole exhibition.

I traveled to San Francisco in August 2006. It is the most visually inspiring city I have visited in the States.
